Training Courses
We offer a range of Shiatsu training courses: a Foundation course; a One Year course and a Three-year professional practitioner Training Course.
Our next Foundation Course starts April 26/27 at the Wild Goose Space, Mina Road, St Werburghs, Bristol. Places are filling up fast so please check out our Foundation course page for more information and to register.
The Shiatsu tuition provided by the school is part-time, non-residential weekend courses. There is a week long residential at the end of the third year training.
The classes, which are held in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, are enlivening and inspiring. We pay particular attention to both group dynamics and the needs of the individual to ensure a stimulating and enjoyable learning environment.
Students are given individual attention and supervision, each class teacher being assisted by two graduates of the school; tutorials are also available as part of the course. Students are required to receive regular Shiatsu treatments throughout the duration of the course.
Being part of a Shiatsu group is emotionally and spiritually nourishing and can provide a support for you in your life as well as for your Shiatsu. Our study programme, presented as separate progressive courses, allows students flexibility of choice. The courses are arranged to run consecutively but students are able to 'take time out' between courses if desired.
All our classes are held in Bristol apart from the Third Year Residential which is held at Earth Spirit, Compton Dundon, Somerset.
